Penny serves as Assistant Vice President and National Commercial Title Officer for the Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. As a commercial closer, she coordinates closely with clients, realtors, attorneys, and lenders to gather all necessary information required to successfully close transactions. Penny is responsible for compiling invoices and charges to prepare accurate settlement statements, as well as managing incoming funds to ensure proper disbursement and the timely release of escrow. Her role also includes recording documents with municipal offices and finalizing title insurance policies. Penny has experience working with major commercial contractors across multiple states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and has supported land acquisitions for industrial warehouses and low-income housing developments.
